Overview
Almost Collectibles (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an e-commerce platform offering design-led, 3D printed, and other made-to-order products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

 

Orders, Pricing & Acceptance
All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

All products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

 

Product Representation & Variations
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays, materials, and the nature of 3D printing processes, slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

 

No Returns or Refunds Policy
All products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis. Accordingly, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances, except as expressly provided under the Exchange Policy below.

 

Exchange Policy (Damaged or Defective Products Only)
We offer a limited exchange policy strictly in cases of products that are damaged during transit or have a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery (hello@almostcollectibles.com)
  • You must provide:
    • Order details
    • Clear photographic evidence
    • A complete, unedited unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing the issue

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging at the customer’s expense.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above criteria.

 

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

We shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

Custom Orders
We accept custom design requests. Custom or personalized products are created based on user specifications and are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

 

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, graphics, text, branding, and visual assets, are the exclusive property of Almost Collectibles.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almost Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

 

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Almost Collectibles, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of products.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of this website, or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, India.

 

Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
