At Almost Collectible, every product is made on demand, crafted individually with care and precision. Because of the custom nature of our products, all orders are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy (Valid for 7 Days)
We only offer exchanges in the rare case of a damaged or defective product.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the product
- A complete unboxing video (for damage claims)
Eligibility for Exchange
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned with original packaging and all components
- A full unboxing video must be provided as proof of damage during transit
